STEPPING OUT
Directed by Roy Brooks
NODA REVIEW
What a superb evening's entertainment was this production.
It is very difficult to single out any one performer. The
whole production was excellent from start to finish. From
Mavis, played by Barbara Wolfe, to the morose playing of
pianist Brendan Cleverley, everyone was outstanding.
Anyone who has to take part in adult tap classes will
readily identify the players - the posh one, the shy one,
the fat one, all were here slightly larger than life. Two
to mention are Siobhan Edge and newcomer, Rena Demming, who
I hope, are now "hooked" for future roles.
My congratulations go to Roy Brooks and choreographer Anita
Murray for this thoroughly enjoyable evening.
